Have you had the idea of posting nutrition facts?
There used to be a binder of nutrition fact, sadly it went missing, but if you asked, you could get them. There is a possibility it might be back up posted soon.
What is homemade and what is freezer/boxed/canned based?
They make (put in the oven) mostly everything. Some food items are homemade, depending on what they are. The burgers and fries are from the freezer. There are canned peaches and other fruit as well. The pizza dough is pre-made, but the toppings are added by them.
How do they price things?
The SAU and the Government price everything. Including the snacks and drinks.
How much wiggle room (financially and nutritionally) do we have with state guidelines?
There is barely any wiggle room financially and nutritionally. They need to follow the Government’s rules.
How do you decide what stays and what goes? ie Snapple
The government says what stays and what goes. So, the beginning of the year is when we find out what is and what isn’t allowed anymore.
What is the best selling item? (lunch, special drinks, snacks)?
By far, the best selling item is the chicken burger!
